Certified by the Professional Tour Guide Association of San Antonio I have lived in San Antonio for 46 years. In addition to being a certified professional tour guide, I have had the opportunity and good fortune to be a graduate of 3 local Leadership Programs through the Chamber of Commerce. I am also an active member of the San Antonio Conservation Society. I graduated from the Master Naturalist program in 2015. All of these have provided me with a rich supply of city knowledge, nature and history. I retired from the Veterans Administration where, I proudly took care of our Nations great men and women. I am an avid history reader, so I am always learning more about our story. I have gotten to witness much growth in our city through the years. I believe the best quality about San Antonio is its pride in its heritage. I cannot think of many cities in the US that has saved so many historical buildings and artifacts. across. No amount of growth could stop this. I love showing off my city and telling the story of its peoples. I lead Mission Tours, city tours and food tours. I have created and lead tours of all sizes and for folks of all ages. I am very experienced in all areas of convention support such as: transportation, airport, information, registration etc. I drive a tour van with guests headed to the Hill Country in all directions for wine tasting. shopping or to see the beautiful sights. I am also a certified tourism ambassador with Visit San Antonio.
