I have been in the tourism industry since 1994, having worked in planning for destination management companies. I became a certified professional tour guide in 2010. I knew how long to spend at venues and how long it took to get there by coach, but I couldn’t tell you anything about it! I love being a tour guide, meeting people from all over the world. I especially love working registration desks!!
